GREENVILLE, S.C. --- The NCCAA named Biola Men's Golf one of its 42 Fall Scholar Teams this week for its team-wide success in academics. The NCCAA's required every student-athlete on a team to hold a GPA of 3.4 or above in order for that program to be named a Scholar Team.

Men's Golf had a cumulative GPA of 3.45 in Fall 2017 and was the lone program to represent Biola in the NCCAA's release. In total, 22 institutions in the NCCAA had at least one Scholar Team.

This is the fourth academic award for the Fall 2017 semester that Men's Golf has received. Cameron Bauer, Austin Bishop and Kyle McAbee earned Scholar Athlete recognition in late November.
