IRVINE, Calif. — Biola opened the 2008 Indoor Track and Field seaon with a trio of national qualifiying times at the Concordia University All-Comers Meet on Friday afternoon at the CUI Track.

Despite the threat of rain, the course remained dry, allowing for the Eagle women to punch their tickets to the NAIA Indoor Championships early in the season.

Unfortunately, official results have not been made available. However, the Women's Distance Medley Relay team ran a qualifying time as did Kristin Schmidt in the 5,000 and Natasha Miller in the triple jump.

The Eagles return to Concordia for another All-Comers meet on Friday (Feb. 1).
