LA MIRADA, Calif. --- No. 3 Vanguard University came in and cruised to an easy win over Biola University in a GSAC match Friday afternoon at the Biola Tennis Complex.

The Eagles fall to 3-13 overall and 0-7 with the loss.

Biola had one match that proved to be a thriller as Katie Schaller won her first set 6-4 at No. 6 singles before Megan Mickeon came back and won the second 6-3. Mickeon then edged Schaller out in the tiebreaker, 10-8.

The Eagles return to action on Saturday (Mar. 31), closing out the month with another GSAC match, this time against Concordia University. The match starts at 12 noon in La Mirada.
