FULLERTON, Calif. --- A late rain shower and court issues made the afternoon tough for Biola as the Eagles fell 7-0 to Hope International University on Thursday afternoon on the Cal State Fullerton campus.

Biola drops to 3-10 on the season with the loss and falls to 0-5 in the GSAC.

The Royals jumped out to a quick 3-0 lead by sweeping the doubles matches and won the first four singles matches before the rains came. As if the rains weren't a big enough issues, the Eagles had to squeeze onto two courts for warmup due to a scheduling conflict on the Cal State Fullerton courts.

The Eagles return to action on Saturday (Mar. 24) with a trip to Azusa Pacific University.
