SAN MARCOS, Calif. --- The Biola men's golf team wrapped up the fall portion of its schedule at the Cal State San Marcos Fall Invitational tournament on Friday and Saturday at the par-71 San Marcos Golf Club.

The tournament featured 28 golfers playing as individuals with no team scoring. Biola had two golfers participating, Greg Bodine and Tim Goodfriend.

Bodine fired a second-day 74 after opening with a 78. Final standings had not been released. Goodfriend put together a two-day total of 167 with rounds of 79 and 88.

Despite playing in thick fog through the first four holes, Bodine played very consistantly throughout the day, closing out the round with birdie. He had just one bad hole, carding a triple bogey on a hole in the front nine.

"I thought our guys played well today and really makes us excited about the spring season," said Head Coach John Lane.
