LA MIRADA, Calif. --- Biola University defender Laurelle Robertson has been named to the 2007 All-Golden State Athletic Conference women's soccer team as announced by the conference office on Tuesday.

Robertson, a senior from Aliso Viejo, helped anchor the Biola defense as the Eagles allowed just 1.69 goals per game this season. She was also strong when played occasionally at midfield, creating numerous scoring opportunities and taking nine shots of her own.

Robertson, who was one of the Eagles' captains in 2007, led the Biola field players with over 1,300 minutes played and appeared in 15 of the team's 16 matches on the season.

The Eagles wrapped up the 2007 campaign with a 3-11-2 record.
