Kevin Horchler won his first individual Golden State Athletic Conference Cross Country Championship on Saturday morning at Central Park in Santa Clarita, Calif.

The senior ran a 26:08.52 to earn a runaway victory over the 69-man field. He finished with a nearly 20-second gap between himself and the second-place finisher, Josh Espinoza of Vanguard.

This win is just the feather in the cap of what has been a fantastic final campaign Horchler. He's led the Eagles in every race he's appeared in, including a second-place finish in their home meet.

Horchler concludes his cross country career when he competes as Biola's only men's cross country representative at the NAIA National Championship Meet at Rim Rock Farm in Lawrence, Kansas.
