Mackenna Mason led Biola to a second-place finish at the 2019 PacWest Cross Country Championships. The junior earned All-PacWest first team honors with a third-place finish.

She ran her best 6k time of the 2019 season and improved upon her 2018 finish by three spots. The second-place team finish is also a one-place improvement for the team from it's last year's finish. 

Mason has been a steady No. 1 for this Biola team all season and will lead Biola into a tough NCAA Division II West Regional race in a few weeks. It will be the first-ever NCAA Division II postseason event for Biola.
