Box Score IRVINE, Calif. --- Biola takes game one of Friday's doubleheader from Concordia 8-1, behind an incredible start from Larson Kindreich.
Head Coach
Jeff Calhoon is one of many who were pleased so see Kindreich return to form. "It was great to see Larson back to his old self today," said Calhoon. "It's been there all along, he just had to keep working."
"This was a great team win. Guys were taking good at bats, the defense was great and the pitching lead us the whole way."
Larson Kindreich continued to raise his MLB Draft stock as the lefty struck out 15 over seven innings pitched. The draft prospect limited Concordia to only one run on three hits and one walk.
Kindreich's 15 strikeouts match his collegiate best from Feb. 14, 2020 against UC Colorado Springs.
