Gracee Teague joined Head Coach Aaron Seltzer's staff beginning with the 2015 season. She was elevated to lead assistant following the departure of Abbie Wright to be head coach at Seattle Pacific and has held that role since 2017.
She played for Biola from 2010-13 and earned a pair of NAIA All-American honors during her junior and senior seasons (running a 6-2 vs. 5-1 her freshman and sophomore seasons). Finished her career with 3,617 assists, which is top-5 in program history.
Teague was the starting setter on the 2013 team that made it all the way to the NAIA Championship Match in Sioux City, Iowa. The Eagles' runner-up finish that season is the best in program history.
She helped Biola go 113-32 during her four years in the program. A stretch that included trips to the NAIA National Championship Tournament each year and finishes no worse than eighth in the country.
Prior to Biola, Teague played high school volleyball at El Dorado High School. She was league MVP and All-CIF first team as a senior, setting the school's assist record with 941. She helped her team to a perfect league record her junior and senior seasons, including a year where the team did not lose a single set (2009).
She's had two younger siblings come through Biola as student-athletes (Jimmy Gallarda - baseball, Jillian Gallarda - volleyball). Her husband, Mike Teague, is an alumnus from the Biola Men's Soccer program.
