He's baaaaaaaaaaaaaaack.

Dakari Archer is averaging 16.2 points-per-game this season, so when we think of him as slumping it is clearly not a normal kind of slump. A slump for Archer is not exactly the same as that of an average player. For him it was seven games in a row without hitting the 20 point mark.

All of that came to an end this past week as Biola's star guard went absolutely nuts right when the Eagles needed it the most. The junior shot 73 percent from the floor in two huge wins over Golden State Athletic Conference opponents.

His week began with a bang as his 23-point performance at home on Tuesday led the Eagles to a 27-point win over a No. 24 William Jessup team that came into the night brimming with confidence. He was 8-of-12 from the floor and 7-of-7 from the free throw line in what was Biola's 21st win of 2015-16.

He continued the dominant display with an even better performance on the road at Vanguard on Saturday night. In the middle of the most difficult gym to play in in all of the GSAC Archer went for 20 points on 8-of-10 shooting to lead Biola to a one-point win. He was 2-of-3 from beyond the arc to make just his fourth and fifth three-point shots in the last eight games. 

He and the Eagles continue their GSAC slate this week with a home game against The Master's College on Tuesday and road matchup at Westmont on Saturday.
