Heather Hall had a direct impact on nearly half of Biola's runs scored in a perfect 4-0 opening week. The junior infielder went 6-for-15 at the dish and compiled eight RBI to go along with three runs scored to account for 11 of the Eagles' 29 runs scored in sweeps of La Sierra and Embry-Riddle.

The secret to her success was her ability to get extra-base hits to drive in runs and get herself in scoring position. Four of her six hits were doubles or triples, resulting in a .733 slugging percentage during the opening weekend.

One of the two other times she reached base she got herself into scoring position via a stolen base, tying her for the team-lead in steals with one.

Hall was among Biola's best sources of run production in 2014 and it seems as if the trend will continue in 2015 after three nearly-perfect performances at the plate through the first four contests.

Hall and the Eagles will really be able to gauge where they are as a team after this weekend. They travel to Redding, California and will play six games over a two-day tournament hosted by Simpson.
