Mike Kurtz continued his dominant season this past week with a huge game at Pomona-Pitzer. The Eagles' seven-foot senior added his fourth double-double of the season with a 20 point, 15 rebound performance in a win over the Sagehens.

He went 8-13 from the floor, leading Biola to a 47 percent shooting mark on field goals in the 70-53 road win in Biola's only game of the week.

He has led the Eagles to an 8-0 record to start the season and now has five double-doubles under his belt after a Monday win vs. Fisk (TN). Biola's big man extraordinaire has 30-plus minutes played per game and is leading the team with 16.1 points per contest. He is averaging a double-double with 11.8 rebounds per game and has added 23 blocks.

Biola Men's Basketball has two more games this week and has a chance to be 10-0 headed into the opening of conference play. Look out GSAC.
