Biola University Athletics

Jules Loibl recorded her best single round of the season and also her best 36-hole tournament score in pacing Biola to a second-place finish at the Point Loma Sea Lion Invitational.

She finished third individually, which was also a season-best, to help Biola open its spring season on a high note.

Loibl's round one score of 72 was the lowest round of the year for her and the second-lowest round of her career (71).

She carded a 78 on day two and finished the tournament at six-over. Her score was good enough for third individually and put her as the top PacWest Conference golfer in the field. She finished behind the top two scorers for the winning team, Sonoma State.

Loibl also earned PacWest Conference Golfer of the Week for her efforts.
