Alex Wright helped Biola go 2-0 in its home games against Notre Dame de Namur and Dominican. He nearly averaged a double-double for the week, scoring 15.5 points-per-game and pulling down 9.0 rebounds-per-game. Both totals were better than his season averages.

Wright had 14 points and 12 rebounds in the Eagles' 20+ point win over NDNU on Thursday and followed it up with a 17-point explosion against Dominican. He shot 6-for-8 from the field and 4-for-6 from deep in the second win of the week.

Biola's pair of wins kept the team undefeated (9-0) at home this season and set the team up for rivalry week where they host Point Loma (1/29) and Azusa Pacific (2/1).
