2025-26
• Competed in nine meets for the Eagles, capping off a spectacular senior season by qualifying for and competing at the NCAA Division II Championships on both boards
• Swept the postseason diving titles at the PCSC Championships, finishing as the PCSC Champion in both the 1-meter and 3-meter championships across both prelims and finals
• Dominated the regular season with 12 individual event wins
• Secured one 2nd-place finish and two 3rd-place finishes over the course of the schedule
• Recorded season bests of 577.95 in the 1-meter (11 Dives), 466.90 in the 1-meter (6 Dives), 588.38 in the 3-meter (11 Dives), and 363.20 in the 3-meter (6 Dives)
• Four-time PCSC Diver of the Week

2024-25
• Represented the Eagles in two regular-season invitationals during his junior campaign
• Claimed a 4th-place finish on the 3-meter board and a 5th-place finish on the 1-meter board at the Rodionoff Invite
• Finished 6th on the 1-meter board and 7th on the 3-meter board at the Collegiate Winter Invitational
• Recorded season bests of 249.55 in the 1-meter (6 Dives) and 220.10 in the 3-meter (6 Dives)

2023-2024
• Helped the Eagles to a 2024 PCSC Championship
• Tallied a total of 12 podium finishes throughout the season; six in each diving event
• PCSC 1M and 3M Individual Champion
• PCSC Championships Men’s Diver of the Meet
• Set a program record for 1M 6 dives
• CSCAA Second Team Scholar All-America

HIGH SCHOOL
• Prepped three varsity seasons at Ballard High School in Seattle, Wa., graduating in 2022
• Diving - 3rd in Metro League, 1st in District, and 3rd in State
• Named Diving MVP
• Second to school record holder, just 3 points off from school record
• Graduated with a 4.0 GPA and top 10% of graduating class
• Also ran track and cross country for Ballard where he was a five-time state champion, two-time regional champion and top 8 in the nation for Trampoline and Tumbling
• Track - Metro and District Champion in both the 110m and 300m hurdles, 2nd in Metro and District in Pole Vault. Placed 5th in state in 110m hurdles, 4th in 300m hurdles, and 2nd in Pole Vault

• Born Apr. 5, 2004 to Camille and Jonathan Pook
• Has three siblings (Sophia, Kendra, and Serena)
• Caleb also pole vaults for Biola Track & Field
• Majoring in business Health Sciences, with hopes to make it to medical school to become a physician
• His Mother, Camille Pook, was Team Captain in Cross Country at Seattle Pacific University
• His Father, Jonathan Pook, was Team Captain of the Rowing team at the University of Southern California
