LA MIRADA --- The Biola swim and dive teams collected a pair of awards on Wednesday afternoon. Caleb Pook and Peyton Nelson, both seniors, earned Diver of the Week honors.

Pook earned his second Pacific Collegiate Swim and Dive Conference (PCSC) Diver of the Week honors after a record-setting showing against Pomona Pitzer. His efforts on the 3-meter board confirmed his spot in the 2026 NCAA Championships. On senior day, in a dual meet against Whittier College, Pook placed first in both the 1- and 3-meter boards, adding to his already extensive resume. 

Nelson earned her first ever Pacific Collegiate Swim and Dive Conference (PCSC) Diver of the Week honors after posting NCAA Division II Championship qualifying scores and back-to-back first place finishes on the 1-meter board against Pomona-Pitzer and Whittier College. In her first and final season on the boards, Nelson has proved her versatility and tenacious mindset throughout the season.
