LA MIRADA, Calif. --- A five-match 2020 is now behind the Eagles, as they move forward into the 2021 slate that includes 20 competitions for BU.

Biola will return to the pitch with an exhibition at Al Barbour Field on August 20 against Westcliff. Two more exhibition games remain on the schedule, including a home bout against The Master's (Aug. 23) and a road tilt at Westmont (Aug. 28) to wrap up the preseason.

Regular season action begins with a gauntlet of California opponents with four Cal State foes. Before facing PacWest teams, BU takes on CSU San Marcos, CSU Dominguez Hills, Cal Poly Pomona, CSU Bernardino and CSU Los Angeles.

The final two non-conference contests feature PacWest opponents, Azusa Pacific and Concordia.

The Eagles are looking forward to 11 home competitions in 2021, as they are 7-3-2 in their last 12 matches at Al Barbour Field. BU hosts its first PacWest match on September 30, battling ART U. 

Five road matches follow, including a trip to Hawaii from October 16 through 21. 

The regular season slate comes to a close with a four-match homestand. The homestretch launches with a bout against Concordia on October 28. November continues the trend with tilts against Holy Names (Nov. 4), Dominican (Nov. 6) and Azusa Pacific (Nov. 13) in La Mirada.

Strong play would set up the Eagles for postseason eligibility, which is set to begin on November 18 with the first round of the NCAA DII National Championships.
