EAGLES IN THE PROS
Biola University baseball players have found success after college with a number being drafted or signed with Major League Baseball Clubs. Todd Worrell remains Biola's highest drafted player after being selected in the first round (#21 overall) by the St. Louis Cardinals in 1982. Since Coach John Verhoeven took over in 1998, 20 players have signed MLB contracts with 13 being selected in the MLB Draft.
