2009 (SAN JOSE STATE): Saw action in 23 matches, making eight starts and playing in 54 sets her sophomore year...had 67 kills (1.24/set) and added 48 digs, 11 blocks and six aces…had a season-high 10 kills against Utah State and added nine at Idaho.

2008 (SAN JOSE STATE): Appeared in 13 matches, playing in 25 sets as a true freshman for the Spartans…had four kills in 34 attacks and added six digs and three blocks…made first collegiate appearance against the University of Arizona and recorded her first collegiate kill.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner at Nevada Union High School… helped the Miners to four-straight Sierra Foothill League and Division I Section titles, a pair of NorCal Championships and two appearances in the state finals…two-time Sierra Foothill League Most Valuable Player…three-time first team all-league selection…two-time Sacramento Bee Player of the Year…2008 Optimist All-Star team selection…Vicki Kockinis McDermott Memorial Award finalist which honors the finest Sacramento-area high school girls athletes…club team Force finished fifth at the 2008 Junior Olympics National Division in Dallas…also lettered three years in basketball, earning All-Sierra Foothill League honors twice.

PERSONAL: Major is kinesiology…desires to work in physical therapy after graduation…was a Scholar Athlete and Academic All-WAC honoree at San Jose State.
