LA MIRADA --- The Eagles took care of business last week, taking down the Master's in an impressive showing on Saturday. The team's showing on the diving boards drew the attention of the conference with Eliana Cote and Caleb Wenz picking up PCSC Diver of the Week honors.

Cote kicked off the diving festivities with her best showing of the season. The senior nabbed a score of 283.50 on her six-dive mark. The score put her in first place in the dual meet on Saturday, claiming an event crown.

The strong performance also gave her a NCAA qualification score for post season eligibility. She stepped up in her last home meet, surpassing 240 points for the first time this season.

Wenz added diving to his repertoire with his first attempts on the board on Saturday. After a season of swimming, the sophomore took on diving and grabbed third place. The rising talent practiced just four weeks and scored 162.15 on his six-dive 1M debut.

Biola Aquatics is looking towards its next challenge at the PCSC Championships set for February 14-17.
